What is the MPS?

Overwhelming experience shows that satisfied and happy employees generally perform better and are more productive than employee groups with poor morale.  The results of the MPS pinpoint areas of strengths and weaknesses in the organization.

Based on more than 15 years of continuing research involving hundreds of respondents from hundreds of companies, the MPS is a low-cost statistically valid and reliable organizational culture and climate based research tool that will give you a razor-sharp picture of how your employees feel about your management's ability to meet their needs.  The results will tell you how your company's management effectiveness score compares to the benchmark score for other companies and where you need improvements.

The MPS contains a wide range of questions covering critical aspects of the functions of management.  The data generated by your employee’s answers are included in a definitive confidential report issued only to the company executive authorizing the survey.  The MPS includes 160 easy to score questions involving eight broad areas of interest:   It is available in several different languages on request.  

The written report is in American English, and gives you important clues for making changes that will truly make a difference in your company's performance and culture.

Using the MPS

Because of fear of retaliation, many employees are reluctant to tell their managers how they really feel. Our security-code system provides your employees with total anonymity, and only let's us know how many authorized respondents have completed the survey.

The MPS is e-mail based and simple to use. The only thing you need to do is to provide each employee with a quiet and secure computer location equipped with Microsoft Excel and the ability to send e-mail. In less than 30 minutes, an employee can complete the survey using our totally anonymous electronic-based methodology.

Upon completion of the survey, we then issue you a confidential report of the findings and our recommendations based on the results. It's that simple!
