ABOUT Definitive Diagnostics

Dr. L.F. "Bill" Zimmermann and Dr. Leslie Klieb developed the MPS and its accompanying Confidential Management Report to provide managers with a powerful tool for understanding the strengths and weaknesses of their organizations.

Bill holds a Doctor of Business Administration, with many years of executive management and consulting experience in a variety of industries, specializing in poor profit turn-around.  Bill also has over fourteen years experience teaching business management and organizational behavior at several major universities.  Bill served as the Chair of the Undergraduate Business Department of the Louisiana Campus of the University of Phoenix four years until pursuing business consulting and teaching full-time.

Leslie holds a Ph.D., with extensive experience in software and management systems design.  Leslie also has more than fourteen years experience in teaching Technology Management and Research at the university level.  Leslie served as Chair of the Technology Department of the Louisiana Campus of the University of Phoenix four years until his retirement for medical reasons.  He is currently a Doctoral Program Supervisor for Grenoble Ecole de Management in Grenoble, France.
